Relax, you're on holiday …

When it comes to preparing your holiday cottage, there's no corner-cutting or contracting-out involved we oversee all changeovers ourselves, and inspect the properties personally, too.

So you get the most from your holiday, we keep what you need to bring to a minimum: bedlinen, bath-towels, bath-sheets and hand-towels will all be here, and you won't find the kitchen cupboard bare, either, with tea-towels and oven-gloves and a small starter pack for you. This comprises some holiday cottage services, and some extras you mightn't think to bring but would prefer not to do without: j-cloth, small scrubbie, some black bin liners, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs and tablets for washing clothes.

And don't go thinking your holiday's last day need be given over to a deep-clean, we take care of that. All you need to do is keep the house in reasonable order and put out the rubbish on the appropriate day (you'll find details of the nearest recycling in the information pack). All these holiday cottage services are included in the tariff, most phones are on an 'honesty’ basis and, where Wifi is offered, it's included too. (If you're staying for a fortnight, then an interim clean, linen and towel change is included within the tariff.)
