Puffins is an impressive construction combining Delabole slate, wood and expansive glass, maximising the beautiful views. Wooden floors flow throughout and a coastal colour palette combines crisp white walls with splashes of blue.
Enter Puffins to a bright entrance hall, where coats, boots and hats can be hung after a morning exploring the South West Coastal Path. This opens out to a stylish living room where you can warm toes around the crackling wood burning stove. From here you can take in the panoramic views of Brea Hill and the St Enodoc Golf Course.
An open plan kitchen and dining room provides plenty of space for holiday meal preparation and families can dine together whilst overlooking the garden and out to Daymer Bay. Open up the glass doors from the dining area to a full-width, wooden deck and breathe in the fresh sea air.
On the ground floor discover a cosy TV room. Children and teenagers will love having their own hideaway with no arguing over the remote! Also, on the ground floor is a utility room and shower room, the ideal place to wash off the sand and hang wetsuits to dry.
With five blissful bedrooms to choose from, there will be sweet dreams all round. After a day on the water, return home and throw open the glass doors to the wooden balcony and take in the sweeping views before tumbling into the plush, super-king bed. Zip and link beds provide flexible accommodation for your party.
The garden at Puffins is truly special, with a long expanse of sheltered, south-facing lawn: the ideal place to soak up the Cornish sunshine while the little ones and dog play. A large sun terrace sits immediately to the back of the property and provides stunning views across the bay. Take in the beautiful holiday scene with a cold drink in hand while local treats toast on the barbecue. From here, you can watch the tide rise and fall, boats sail along the water and, as the sun goes down, the twinkling lights across the estuary at Padstow.

Accessibility
There is parking directly outside Puffins on gravel. Enter the property onto the first floor which contains the main social spaces and a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Four bedrooms and a family bathroom are located on the second floor. The ground floor can be accessed via a slope to the right of the property and across the lawn. There is a TV room, utility room and shower room located on the ground floor.
