This charming, homely cottage is ideally placed for exploring so many of North Cornwall's gems: sea, surf, harbours, coves and gardens.  The fishing villages of Port Isaac  -- home of Doc Martin, and the sea shanty singers, Fishermen's Friends; the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer, Rock and Trebarwith Strand are but a short drive away.

Attention and care have been lavished on this cherished holiday cottage, transforming it into a home from home, with everything that you could convceivably want to make your stay a comfortable one:  wall to wall wool carpets, carefully chosen antiques, deep sofas, chunky modern coffee tables, a blue-ray DVD player, games, broadband, a Bose iPod dock; there's even a real fire to curl up in front of!

The accommodation is characterful: hints of exposed brickwork; a light and airy open-planned living room with large bare beam spans this room, and leads to a well-equipped kitchen with every modern convenience. Leading off this space, a charming slate-floored conservatory overlooks the garden, a place for quiet contemplation.  Downstairs, there is a shower-room and loo, ideal for washing off wetsuits and sand from the beach!

Upstairs there is a double bedroom and two further twin-bedded room as well as a family bathroom.

Outside, is a private and mature cottage garden; a well-established haven of tranquility from which to enjoy: views from the gate overlooking the fields, a meal outside -- there's plenty of garden furniture provided -- a barbecue, or lawn games.  Ample parking.

A travel cot and a highchair are available at the property for guests use; simply signal in advance of your stay that you will require these items.
