This beautifully-converted, lofty building, extends the capacity of Penquite House. Its high-end finishes mirror Penquite House, providing luxurious, additional bedroom and showering facilities for up to six additional house guests.

The first of two bedrooms provides two single space-saver beds, with truckles underneath, so that the room can be set up as a super-king, plus two further single beds, or can provide four single beds. Off this room, which has underfloor heating and exposed A-frames, is a well-appointed shower room with heated towel rail separate loo and handbasin. There are beautiful, handcrafted mosaics in both shower rooms.

Off the entrance hallway is the second and larger of the two rooms, with double bed, and space to allow two single beds to be set up within it. There are large garden doors leading off this room, and exposed A-frames. A second en suite shower room leads off from this room, mirroring the first in terms of its design and provisions.
