Loughrigg is a light, well-equipped holiday home in a good position, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of central Rock, yet within easy striking distance of all of the amenities of the village. It enjoys a peaceful location close by is a footpath that runs down to Porthilly Beach.

Three bedrooms: one double one twin and one bunkroom. There is a family bathroom with loo, bath and shower over, with basin a further, separate shower room with washbasin adjacent to the twin-bedded room.

The well-equipped kitchen/dining room is open plan overlooking the garden. It has microwave, large fridge-freezer electric cooker and dishwasher.

There is a separate sitting room with open fire, and doors which open onto the garden to the rear of the property. It has a TV, and DVD player.

The utility is separate from the house and houses a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer, together with garden furniture. The separate utility area includes a shower and toilet, ideal for washing off sand from the beach, and the storing of wetsuits, etc.

In addition to the open fire, the property has oil-fired central heating an immersion delivers hot water.

The garden is gated and enclosed by walls, making it secure the entrance gates consist of a double-barred gate and a further pedestrian access gate which can be opened together, creating a wide entrance to hardstanding for up to four cars, or car and small boat. This is a dog-friendly property.
