Rock's St Enodoc course is a beautiful and traditional links, with magnificent views from almost all parts of the course. (There is a handicap requirement, with certificate required only for the Church Course.)

A few miles inland is the St Kew Golf Course this is an undulating, easy-to-walk nine-hole course which offers the opportunity to pay for eighteen holes but, for example, play nine holes early then return later the same day to play a further nine. This is particularly useful for someone wanting to spend much of the day with family but not miss out on a round completely.

Lanhydrock Golf Course lies in a sheltered valley near Bodmin and offers an enjoyable challenge to golfers of all ability.

Trevose Golf Course and Country Club is on the Padstow side of the estuary three fine courses (The Headland, Championship and Short Course) cater for different standards, and there's also an excellent clubhouse, as well as restaurant, tennis courts, snooker room and boutique. (There is a requirement to show handicap certificates.)
