Tucked away in a tranquil location just off Rock Road, 1 Menague is the perfect base for a holiday in north Cornwall. The nearby footpath leads down to Rock Beach, past the picturesque golf course.

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac, this semi-detached bungalow is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Inside, 1 Menague has been carefully refurbished to create a stylish yet warm and homely atmosphere.

The contemporary kitchen and dining area has everything you need for relaxing holiday cooking, including a wall-mounted smart TV. Sit around the farmhouse table with your morning coffee and a hearty breakfast before heading out to explore the South West Coast Path.

When you return, curl up on the armchair with a good book while the soft light from the panoramic electric fire flickers in the background. The spacious living room has plenty of comfortable seating and looks out on the surrounding garden.

1 Menague has two large, beautiful bedrooms, both softly carpeted and decorated with a calming coastal palette. Each bedroom has a wall-mounted smart TV with a DVD player, so at the end of the day you can cosy up and settle down in front of your favourite film.

The family bathroom is modern and luxurious. A large freestanding bathtub takes centre stage and provides the ideal place to soak and wash away the salt and sand from your coastal adventures. There is also now a walk-in shower.

Fire up a barbecue in the sheltered garden on a sunny afternoon or take a stroll around the large communal garden. The patio reached through the kitchen provides the perfect place to start your day with a fresh Cornish breakfast. You can find fantastic foodstuffs at the local delicatessen.
