Occupying an end of terrace position, this light and modern townhouse has wonderful estuary views, taking in 180 degree vistas of both Padstow and Porthilly Cove. It is located opposite the iconic Rock Sailing Club from where you can stroll down the slipway and straight onto the sand of Rock Beach at low tide. The peaceful waters of Porthilly Cove are also just around the corner. The house benefits from a small garden directly overlooking the estuary with a picnic table.

With three balconies all with seating and a further Juliet balcony, you can maximise time spent soaking up the breathtaking views. Watch (and sometimes hear!) the rise and fall of the tide as the paddleboards and sailing boats pass by. Watersports lovers will be in their element here with both the Sailing Club and the Camel Ski School right on their doorstep. A few steps around the corner is the world famous St Enodoc Golf Club, so golfers too will be spoilt.

An open plan living space, finished in a modern white nautical style, frames the picture perfect views. After a day on the water, sink into the plush corner sofa and relax as you watch the world go by outside. Enjoy holiday feasts around the dining table perhaps with some Porthilly mussels or oysters on the menu. Open up the doors to the balcony and terraces and let the sea breeze in. Here, you can enjoy a local tipple or two watching the sun set across the water beyond.

At the end of the day, choose from three blissful bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and dual aspect balconies with stunning estuary views. Here, you can enjoy a spot of breakfast whilst planning the day's adventures. A softly carpeted twin bedroom sits under a sloped ceiling, with a view across the estuary to Padstow. A third bedroom on the ground floor offers a double bed and views of the water.

The location is amazing, we were lucky to have great weather and the views were stunning. The property is comfortable and well-equipped. Parking is a real bonus.The welcome hamper was a nice touch. It is a short distance to the ferry to Padstow, so very convenient. Although generally clean, there was dust on some surfaces and cobwebs. The winRead moredows and outside areas were dirty also and needed some attention. However, we had a great time and I would recommend. Hide

Location great, hamper was a nice touch. General clean was done but needs a deep clean, had cobwebs around the shower and downstairs bedroom had cobwebs and mould. Flagged to the managing agent so hopefully they resolve before the next stay.

The location of this property is fantastic, the views are beautiful and the parking space is a bonus.. The kitchen is well equipped and the living/dining area is well set out. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Lovely week at 1 Slipway. Beautiful every changing views in all weathers. Watched the sunset the bedroom balcony. So easy to just cross the road and go paddleboarding.
