Located down a sweeping, tree-lined driveway in the private Cant Farm estate, Badger Cottage offers families a peaceful escape just minutes away from Porthilly Cove and Rock Beach. Here, acres of shared grounds and the tennis court will provide endless entertainment for all the family.

Start the day on the sunny patio and enjoy a lazy holiday breakfast with sweeping views of the estuary whilst the little ones play in the large enclosed garden. After a day of coastal adventures, the log burner provides the ultimate place to warm toes together and share tales of the day gone by.

Head inside, where daylight pours into the open plan social spaces from the full height windows, making the most of the beautiful views across the garden and down towards the estuary. Slate floors combine with elegant white furnishings and accents of coastal blue.

As night falls, four cosy bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for your party. The spacious master bedroom boasts woodland views and a stylish en-suite shower room. Here you can enjoy an uninterrupted night's sleep and gently wake to the sound of the dawn chorus.

The large patio to the side of the property provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining and picnics can be enjoyed under the dappled light of the trees on the back lawn. The tennis court is located close by and is shared with the other properties on the estate. Acres of land are there for you to walk and explore, from lawns to fields and woodland. At low tide three shipwrecks can be seen in the cove.

For larger groups and wedding parties Badger Cottage can be rented in conjunction with neighbouring Kate Cottage.

Beautiful cottage. Very comfortable and spacious, especially as only the 2 of us! We came for 5 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a fantastic time! We love the area, beaches, shops, eating.everything and it lived up to our expectations. We will return and have already booked a larger property at Cant Farm to come with friends in JRead moreune. We had such a great week in Rock, in your lovely cottage. The house, gardens and grounds were immaculate and the overall management by Latitude 50, first class. The house was exceedingly well appointed and the beds so comfortable, we slept like logs!
