This beautiful new property cleverly combines dashes of luxury with a warm, homely ambience. Brickwood fuses a calming colour palette with natural textures and plenty of daylight.

Indulge in the richness of the royal blue kitchen as you perch on the breakfast bar with a cup of fresh coffee. With everything you need to make yourself at home, you can whip up delicious family meals with an array of local produce. The large, statement dining table will provide an atmospheric setting for family dinners or wining and dining.

After a day of coastal adventures, shower off the sand and salt under the rainfall shower in the downstairs shower room. Unlace walking boots and enjoy some true rest and relaxation among the stylish social spaces. For cosy nights in, snuggle up together in the plush living room with a local tipple or two as the dog sleeps and the log burner crackles.

Upstairs boasts four blissful bedrooms and a family bathroom with an indulgently deep, freestanding bathtub. Two bedrooms boast spa-like en-suites and countryside views. Children will delight in clambering into the custom-built bunk beds in bedroom three. Look forward to lazy mornings under the crisp white linens as you wait for the mist to lift from the valley below and the famous crooked spire of St Minver's church to appear.

Glass sliding doors connect the inside with the outside and you can pad barefoot from the lounge onto the toasty sun deck. Here wrap hands round a steaming cup of tea and take in the views across the lush green fields. Four-legged friends and little ones can play safely on the secure lawn. As night falls watch the stars appear in the clear night's sky.

Brickwood is ideal for those wanting to be within easy reach of the area's amenities. Here you can play, discover and indulge, all before heading home to your luxury Rock retreat.

Everything was finished to an incredibly high standard. The bathrooms were fab and bed was super comfortable. We loved the map in the hallway so we could plan adventures! It was the perfect base for us.
