Property code: OC-L50049

As you round the corner of the bumpy private road, you will be greeted by panoramic sea vistas. Carved into the cliffside, Greenaway Reach is an impressive three storey retreat set in two and a half acres of rolling green, landscaped gardens that melt into the gorse-lined scrub lining the coastal path below. Here, you will feel as though you are on the edge of the world at this paradise of pure escapism.

Inside, discover a dynamic pairing of luxury flourishes with architect designed spaces, framing the ever changing ocean vistas outside. With a landscape that's impossible not to lose yourself in, whether its watching the gentle ebb and flow of the tide across the rockpools at Greenaway Beach, or storm watching beside the fire, you will find it hard to rip yourself away from the breathtaking views.

High ceilings and light-filled, open plan social spaces allow all the family to sprawl out. An expansive kitchen provides the perfect setting for whipping up an array of culinary delights. A statement dining table sits alongside - a place for all generations to gather for an evening together. The living area's floor to ceiling sliding doors bring the outside in and a wrap-around balcony provides a fantastic vantage point for watching sail boats circle round Newland Island. A log fire in the sumptuous lounge takes care of winter nights and the games room downstairs will provide endless holiday entertainment.

Seven dreamy bedrooms meet six spa-like bathrooms. The master bedroom flaunts a sumptuous king-sized bed, set in front of French doors inviting guests to pull open the curtains and take in the unrivalled views across the Atlantic Ocean. A blissful en-suite boasts a deep bath tub and here you can sink into the bubbles and take in the sea vistas. Those who reside in bedroom seven can spill out onto the lower terrace, where a knotted driftwood bench offers a tranquil spot to sit and take in the view. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves and rise to the sound of gulls soaring above.

Tiptoe out to the patio that sits alongside the dining area for a sheltered breakfast as the sun rises higher in the sky. Children and four-legged friends will love exploring the grounds and enjoying garden games on the rolling green lawn. Spend evenings tucking into divine al fresco feasts around the chunky stone table at the foot of the garden. Built into the hillside, the sheltered firepit seating area provides a front row seat for sunset watching. For adventures further afield, hop through the garden gate leading onto the South West Coast Path, with miles of unbridled exploration at your disposal.
