This high-specification property is nestled on the edge of Rock against beautiful, unspoilt countryside. Within easy walking distance of Porthilly Cove, the St Enodoc Golf Course and all the village amenities, Hawkers is the ideal base from which to explore Rock.

Arranged over two floors, Hawkers provides bright, spacious and contemporary living. The house has a reverse-level layout with a large living space on the top floor. This fluid, spilt-level area is an excellent social space, while full-length glass doors let the daylight flood in. The design and layout of the house brings the outside in, while really showing off the views across the countryside and beyond.

The large lounge is softly carpeted, with plush cream sofas to sink into after a day at the beach. A contemporary log burner provides a cosy atmosphere for evenings in with the family. Steps lead down to the dining area, with full-length glass doors leading to the balcony.

The modern kitchen has all you could possibly need for enjoying home-cooked meals, and the informal bar area is a great spot for a lazy breakfast. A snug/media room next to the dining area is a perfect space for children or teenagers to break away from the group, watch a film, or play games.

On the ground floor you'll find three beautifully decorated bedrooms. Two double bedrooms with en-suites benefit from amazing garden views and lead straight out to the patio. A light and bright zip and link twin room provides a fantastic space for children, also with an en-suite shower room.

The outside area has been beautifully created with a wooden decking area and lawn overlooking pastures – the perfect location for an evening barbecue. Here you can recline on the comfy rattan seating and listen to the sounds of birds in the trees and the stream bubbling past as you enjoy al fresco dining. Fully enclosed and gated, it's also a fun and secure place for children to play.

Hawkers can be let in conjunction with Longships next door. Together they sleep up to 19 guests.
