Boasting generous social spaces, a large garden and plenty of entertainment to keep all the family amused, this coastal retreat flaunts newly renovated areas and traditional homely spaces.

Inside, the warm ambience and calming colour palette will make you feel right at home. The brand-new kitchen finished in sleek white boasts modern appliances and a charming built-in corner table delicately illuminated with brass lighting. Here, enjoy an indulgent breakfast together whilst planning the day’s adventures. Alongside, a light-filled living area offers sinkable blue sofas and here, you can warm your toes beside the crackling flames of the log burner. On rainy days, head to the garage games room which offers a stylish pool table and darts board.

The living room leads to a vast conservatory. Here you can curl up with a holiday novel and take in the views across the garden towards rolling green fields. On sunny days, throw open the door to the patio. A sprawling garden bordered by bursts of pink blooms flaunts beautiful countryside vistas. A built-in brick barbecue positioned alongside the outdoor table provides the setting for holiday feasts. As night falls, head to the rattan seating area, swathe yourself in blankets and enjoy mugs of steaming hot chocolate as the stars light up the night's sky.

Discover a second living space on the first floor, where holiday board games and movie marathons can unfold. Delightfully cocooned by vaulted ceilings, a plethora of comfy seating and a library of novels offer a peaceful spot for rest and relaxation. A second log burner will ensure your party are toasty in winter months.

The master bedroom on the first floor flaunts a king-size bed and a walk-in wardrobe, offering plenty of storage for your holiday essentials. A window seat offers a tranquil spot to curl up and take in the views across the farmland below. Bedroom two and three offer twin beds conveniently positioned on the ground floor. In bedroom two, prop yourself up on a mountain of pillows in the super-king bed and slowly wake to the idyllic sound of birds tweeting from the apple tree outside.

We loved the location of the house! Sunsets on Polzeath beach, swimming and fishing on Daymer Bay. Lovely walk to Rock with Lunch at Four Boys, a week of mixed weather but we didn't need to use the car once.
