Flaunting a brand-new extension, doubling the property in size, The Terrace now offers families a spacious and luxurious base for North coast adventures. Here, you will feel on top of the world. All that stands between you and the azure waters of Port Isaac harbour is a meadow that tumbles down below the garden and into the valley. Colourful fishing boats coming and going through the harbour walls and soaring clifftops form your holiday backdrop. With everything the village has to offer just a short amble down the hill, you can come and go with ease without reaching for the car keys.

The property is cocooned by a stylish sun terrace split across two levels and finished with large slate flagstones. Mature olive trees and intricate brickwork create a Mediterranean ambience and the garden is delightfully sheltered from the sea breeze. A large lawn, bordered by colourful blooms creates the perfect place for little ones and canines to play. Whether it's stretching out on the day bed to soak up the Cornish sunshine or sinking into the bubbles to watch the sunset, rest and relaxation will come easily at The Terrace.

Gifting ample space to both come together and spread out, The Terrace boasts two living rooms. The main living room has dual aspect, glass bi-folding doors where you can experience inside-outside living at its best. A second, more intimate living area complete with a plush corner sofa set against exposed brickwork, provides a stylish setting for holiday board games and movie marathons. In winter months when waves crash against the harbour walls, take up residence beside one of two log burners and enjoy the force of nature from the comfort of the cosy and contemporary interiors.

A Rangemaster takes centre stage in the large family kitchen. Here you can whip up holiday feasts to be enjoyed around the chunky wooden dining table looking across the garden and out to sea. Dramatic copper lighting plunges down from the high ceilings. An adjacent breakfast bar sits against an emerald feature wall, providing an elegant setting for morning coffees or evening cocktails. Soft leather seating offers cosy corners for quiet moments. When eyelids grow heavy, retreat to one of five dreamy bedrooms and fall into an uninterrupted night's sleep to the distant sound of the sea.

An amazing location with a view to die for if you get lovely weather it's amazing with fantastic sunsets

The Terrace has always been amazing, but the new extension transforms the property. The new spaces are incredible and the expanded view is fantastic. The hot tub is a welcome addition. All the new furniture is very well considered.
