Here, you’ll find a large, heated swimming pool with retractable cover, ensuring you can enjoy your morning laps come rain or shine. Inside, you’ll be greeted with an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, perfect for entertaining or relaxing with loved ones. Whip up a feast on the majestic marble island, accented with warm woods and brushed brass, or kick-back in front of the roaring log burner, as you plan your next day’s adventures.

Upstairs, you’ll be spoilt for choice with four blissful bedrooms, bathed in calming, sandy tones to reflect this beautiful stretch of the North Cornish Coast. Even the bathrooms are a work of art, featuring dreamy tiles and his-and-hers sinks worthy of a glossy magazine spread. A further bedroom and bathroom can be found on the ground floor; the perfect option for those who require a more accessible space.

Beautiful house in a great quiet location. We have been staying in Rock as a family for the past 16 years and loved this house and pool. The weather wasnt kind during our trip so the pool was well used with the cover over. We would stay here again.

Really lovely property. Quiet area of the village. Pool and garden were great (only 2 sun loungers). Shower in utility is just handheld with no screen but useful for washing sand off and when coming in from the pool. Great spot to be able to walk to shops, pubs, bistro, golf courses and the best fish & chip shop was a minute walk away. We love RockRead more and we would definitely stay at Kissing Gate again. A wonderful property to arrive to - warm and inviting and you can relax into it straight away. The location of Kissing Gate is ideal for all Rock's amenities plus being tucked away in a quiet corner away from the road allowed for a very peaceful stay - particularly to enjoy the lovely sunny garden and of course the pool.
