Lanhay is a bright and spacious property offering friends and families a tranquil Cornish home-from-home. Positioned down a peaceful cul-de-sac just off the Rock Road, you are within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, sailing club and Rock and Porthilly Beaches.

The kitchen at Lanhay has a charming cottage feel with warm wooden floors, cream cabinets and large French doors that open out to the back garden and sunny patio. A circular wooden breakfast table takes centre stage and offers the perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee.

Pad across the hallway to the spacious lounge, where plenty of comfy seating and a Smart TV can be found. Beautifully decorated in soothing white with inky blue flourishes, this space is flooded with natural light. Discover a pleasantly cosy spot in the pretty oak-framed extension. Here you can unwind with a good novel in the midst of the Cornish sunshine or pad around to the farmhouse dining table to take in the views across the rolling green fields.

Tiptoe up the softly carpeted stairs to the newly renovated master bedroom. Discover a king-size bed under sloped ceilings and two charming single beds (perfect for little ones and available on request) positioned under the eaves. Across the hallway is a stylish family bathroom complete with freestanding bathtub. Here, soak amongst the bubbles after a day of sand and sea. The remaining three homely bedrooms, a double and two twins, can be found on the ground floor, finished in coastal white with pine furnishings.

On sunny days, unwind outside and enjoy lazy lunches in the sheltered garden with a cold tipple in hand. Surrounded by beautiful textures of green foliage and the heady scent of roses, here, little ones and furry friends alike can play safely in the enclosed garden.

A lovely house in quiet cul-de-sac.We had very hot weather and upstairs room and conservatory a little difficult to keep cool. Lots of board games available. Beautiful garden. Great location. Local shop carries plenty of items and local bakery too.
