Nestled within the sleepy hamlet of Penmayne, Littlesticks offers those through its doors total convenience and all the creature comforts. Finished in a fusion of wood cladding and crisp white, no detail has been overlooked at this modern Rock retreat. Inside, herringbone wood floors stretch out underfoot and coastal hues combine to create the most relaxing of atmospheres. Local artwork adorns the walls depicting seaweed strewn shores, windswept coastal trees and dreamy seascapes.

Beautiful in blue, the stylish kitchen has everything you need to make yourself at home. A statement dining table with built-in window seat sit alongside. This provides the setting for lazy holiday breakfast with a view across the garden. Light streams through the double doors into the dreamy living space. A soft blue, velvet corner sofa provides the ultimate spot for rest and relaxation. In winter months, warm toes beside the crackling log burner and share tales of the year gone by. A TV snug hides on the ground floor, where holiday board games and movie marathons can unfold.

Open up the doors from the living space to the sunny patio. A stylish dining table provides the setting for holiday feasts and barbecues. Here, a bubbling hot tub provides the perfect refuge after a day hiking the nearby coastal paths. A vibrant lawn is bordered by sleek grey planters spilling with bamboo. Behind a steam, gently trickles by. As night falls, head to the built-in seating area bordered by swaying sea grasses. Swathe yourself in blankets and enjoy mugs of steaming hot chocolate as smoke from the chimenea spirals into the clear night's sky.

Upstairs, discover three sumptuous bedrooms. The vast master bedroom boasts a luxurious super-king bed, where a skylight above allows you to fall asleep under the stars. A beautifully carved, wooden spindle bed takes centre stage in the second en-suite bedroom. Enjoy long mornings entwined in the sheets, the spa-like showers are sure to reinvigorate so you are ready for a day of coastal adventures. A delightfully deep free-standing bathtub in the family bathroom welcomes weary souls to luxuriate amongst the bubbles.

Lovely accommodation and pleasing decor. Neff kitchen appliances and plenty of kitchen storage. Felt light and welcoming. We stayed here in a heatwave and struggled with some non opening windows. No kitchen blinds on a whole wall window. Bathrooms were lovely and no compromises there. Excellent showers The EV charge facility was very weRead morelcomed, and the hot tub. Plenty of parking for 2 cars. The garden is compact but adequate and dog safe. Easy to walk dog from the property We had coffee every morning from the bakery whilst walking the dog and bought croissants to take back. House in such a perfect location with bakery, stores butchers and fish monger all within a 100 yds or so from property, no need to use a supermarket. Fish and chip shop has such a great selection and always busy. Rock is ideal for access by ferry or car to Padstow and we enjoyed also New Polzeath, again 10-15 mins in car. Lots of good eating places within a 15-30 min drive, or and the Mariners in Rock. Hide

A spacious and light property, very clean and well presented and with everything required for a comfortable stay. Beds and showers all very good, welcome hamper full of lovely local produce. The hot tub was spotless and a fab way to relax after a day out. Well recommended.
