At Low Cliff Cottage, all that separates you from your holiday abode and the golden sands of Polzeath Beach, is a spongy green clifftop dotted with swaying sea thrift. Pop through the garden gate and across the lane to the South West Coast Path that will lead you down the steps to Polzeath Beach in one direction and the path to Baby Bay in the other.

Breathtaking sea vistas form your holiday backdrop from the garden, living spaces and master bedroom. The far-reaching view spans Stepper Point headland on one side and Pentire Point in the other. Soak up the Cornish sunshine from the soft green lawn or gather round the outside table for a holiday tipple or two. Here you enjoy your front row seat to a famous Polzeath sunset. Alternatively, head inside and snuggle up in the living room and watch through the sliding glass doors overlooking the beach.

Bursting with character, Low Cliff Cottage, together with the annexe offer flexible accommodation for your friends and family. Whether there are two distinct groups or members of your party who will appreciate their own space, the annexe comes with a handy kitchenette, living room and shower room. With an outside undercover shower and WC, as well as wetsuit hanging rail and board store, you can come and go from the water with ease.

Inside the main cottage, original parquet floor and chunky slate flagstones stretch out underfoot. Designed with the view in mind, the large dining table faces a large bay window where a window seat provides the perfect setting for watching the world go by. Enjoy delicious family breakfasts and suppers together, the perfect setting to catch up on tales of the year gone by as the waves crash in the distance. The adjoining farmhouse-style kitchen has everything you need to make yourself at home and prepare picnics and holiday cuisine.

A cosy living area sits alongside the dining area, providing the ideal spot to rest weary legs after a day exploring the rugged North Cornish coastline. In summer, watch boats come and go from the mouth of the Camel Estuary and in winter, watch the white horses race towards the cliffs from the warmth of the vast corner sofa. As eyelids grown heavy, choose from three cosy bedrooms in the cottage, or two in the annexe. The master bedroom boasts blissful views across the garden and out to sea and bedroom three comes complete with a stylish shower room.

We had the best time. Polzeath is a great place for relaxing if you love the beach life and some good places to eat. The mini supermarket has practically everything you'll need. The cottage is in a superb position and sitting in the garden and at the large window of an evening watching the beach and sea was perfect; take binoculars to really enjoy.Read more Beds very comfortable. Big kitchen with everything you need, a good equipped laundry room. Relaxing sofa in living room and large dining table. You can get two cars on driveway, but it's a bit tight but doable. Would very much recommend. Hide
