The Farmhouse is a truly beautiful building, bursting with original features and contemporary touches. The original farmhouse building on Cant Farm, it has been lovingly restored to the luxury holiday home it is today. The Farmhouse sits over two generous storeys with plenty of fluid, open space for all of the family.

The traditional farmhouse kitchen is spacious, with a stylish combination of slate floors and crisp white decor. A large wooden table with feature lighting hanging above provides the perfect space for a family meal. Double full-length glass doors open out to the sun terrace, which is ideal for entertaining. The kitchen leads to a plush living room with a beautiful feature fireplace, white wooden beams and inviting soft furnishings. Also downstairs is a shower room with sauna for unwinding after a busy day exploring.

Upstairs you'll find three beautiful, spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Each is softy carpeted and stylishly decorated with a combination of white wooden blinds and beams throughout. Both double bedrooms have en-suites and beautiful views across the estuary from Juliet balconies. The twin bedroom is light and bright, adjacent to a large family bathroom with chunky freestanding bath and rainfall shower.

The sound of birds and the leaves blowing softly in the breeze forms your holiday soundtrack. Fragrant wisteria with soft purple blooms wraps around the front of the house, while a stone sun terrace offers a built-in barbecue and breathtaking views across the countryside.

There are acres of private fields and woodland to explore on relaxing afternoon walks. A grassy green lawn sweeps down to the water's edge, with a bench placed for quiet moments. Cant Farm residents also benefit from shared use of the tennis court; perfect for starting a holiday tournament.

For larger groups and wedding parties, The Farmhouse can be rented in conjunction with the neighbouring properties The Orchard, Kate and The Woodshed.

First holiday in Rock and its was absolutely perfect for our family break! The house has its own special charm and its massive and simply fantastic!! The Farmhouse's combination of the comforts of an upmarket hotel with the space and freedom of our own home, we'd soon forgotten about winter and and by the time we left, were brimming with the joys of spring.

We loved the house as much for its practical elements as its luxuries. What's not to love about a warm utility room for drying wetsuits and wellies, and enough big squishy sofas for a large family or group of friends to curl up on of an evening without any squabbles? I just wanted to say how beautiful we thought the Farmhouse was. It was all we hoped for and more in the depths of a stormy Autumn. We absolutely love this house. It feels like home when we arrive here. It is comfortable, stylish and warm. We love the views, the location and the garden. The beds are super comfortable too. Everything is perfect.
