After long beach days, you can look forward to returning home and reclining in the plush lounge with your favourite movie in the flat screen TV. As night falls, choose from three stylish bedrooms, two boasting beautiful en-suites. The master bedroom opens up to the balcony and here you can start the day with breakfast overlooking the Cornish countryside.

The south-facing balcony sits above a pretty garden that comes alive with blossoms in the spring and summer months. This sheltered and enclosed garden will be adored by parents and dog-owners alike, who can sit back and relax as little ones and four-legged friends play in safety. Lovely house, well positioned with a fantastic garden perfect for the dog. Second time weve stayed and whilst possibly a little pricey its definitely worth a visit.

We liked the modern, open plan feeling of the house and the quality of the kitchen and furniture. Also the position of the house in relation to the centre of Polzeath and accessibility of walking from the house to the beaches.

We absolutely loved the house. The design, dcor and condition was amazing - the eco heating, the huge bifold doors, lots of kitchen equipment and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing.
