From 2 Pentire View you can look out over Polzeath Beach and across the sea to Pentire Head. This spacious, mid-terrace property is often described by guests as being set in the ideal location.

The house's interior spaces are both light and airy. The well-equipped kitchen has a slate floor and a large walk-in larder to keep all your holiday essentials. A wooden dining table provides the ideal place to enjoy a relaxed dinner after a day spent exploring the coastline.

A large bay window in the lounge provides a fantastic view of the beach as well as a comfortable window seat. Curl and relax with a good book, or head over to the sofas to watch a film. A second lounge is decorated in buttercup yellow and filled with colourful art. Here you'll find more comfy seating, a small dining table and chairs, books and an aged piano.

2 Pentire View has four bedrooms located on the first floor. Each is softly carpeted and decorated with calming tones. A combination of king size, twin and single bedrooms provides flexible accommodation for the whole family.

To the front of 2 Pentire View is a pretty lawn bordered by a stone wall, with a garden gate leading towards the beach. Here you can soak up the Cornish sunshine and take in the views. To the back of the property is a small courtyard.
