Skovva is nestled on the edge of an exclusive development of ten brand-new holiday homes set within two acres of grounds just off the Rock Road.

This idyllically positioned haven boasts bright, scandi-inspired interiors and lush green surroundings. From here you can choose to dip in and out of Rock lifestyle with a tranquil haven to return home too.

Warm wood, textured stone and expansive glass combine to create a contemporary Rock abode. Inside, pad across the wooden floors and soak up the warm and restful holiday ambience as daylight pours through white-wooden shutters. Here, plush sofas and a crackling log burner provide a cosy refuge after a day of coastal path stomping.

A contemporary kitchen sits alongside a sleek breakfast bar and dining table. Start the day here with a morning coffee and end it with an indulgent holiday meal together. With the local bakery and delicatessen an easy stroll away, you are sure to dine like kings.

There is no better way to start the morning than propped up on a mountain of pillows with a fresh cup of coffee as the birds sing outside the master bedroom. Feel invigorated with a steamy shower in the spa like en-suite. A light and bright twin room provides the perfect refuge for friends or teenagers. A pretty third double bedroom sits alongside a modern family bathroom.

Encased by a wraparound deck, Skovva offers the best of inside-outside living. Open the living room doors, take a seat and enjoy a cold local tipple to start your evening in style. The clean lines of the sun deck beautifully contrast with soft green lawn bordered by a glossy green hedge. Leaves rustle above as a soft sea breeze blows across the lush green fields to the back of Skovva.

Stroll down the Rock Road and soak up the village atmosphere on your way to a meal with a view at Paul Ainsworth's pub, The Mariners. Sample a local ale or two as the sun melts into the calm waters of the Camel Estuary. At Skovva you will slip into holiday mode in no time at all.

This was our second visit to Skovva & won't be our last. We love it - the location is great for shops, pubs, restaurants & the beach as well as trips to Polzeath, Padstow & Wadebridge. It was spotlessly clean & tidy & a lovely welcome pack was waiting for us. Thank you - we will be back.

Enjoyed our stay at Skovva. Very comfortable and loved sitting outside in the sun. Lots of places to visit, we love Cornwall!

Property was clean, modern and well equipped. Shutters helped greatly with privacy and controlling the temperature to a comfortable setting. I found a nice spot in the mornings to sit outside where I was not overlooked and enjoy an early morning coffee. Outside furniture was lovely. The property was spacious. Very good Wi-Fi. Loved it all, spotless and great location to walk to the shops . Hardly used the car.

Skovva is a spectacular house and I loved it all. The best location for walks on the beach, lunch at The Pityme Inn and finishing the day with cocktails at The Mariners. We've booked to go again in 2025 and, quite frankly, I'm already wishing my year away.
