Seaview occupies a fantastic frontline position, looking across Polzeath Beach, Pentire Head, Newland Island, and far out to sea. With everything close at hand, there's no need to pick up the car keys: you're just a stone's throw away from the beach, surf, shops and restaurants of Polzeath.
The kitchen at Seaview is well equipped, with a wooden farmhouse dining table for holiday meals and leisurely breakfasts. There are plenty of cosy places to unwind, including a snug off the kitchen with comfy seating and a woodburner.
The main lounge has a woodburner with a slate hearth and granite mantel, ideal for throwing on some logs and curling up with a book after a day on the beach. The lounge leads to a large sun room with plush leather seating and cushioned window seats, where you can sit and take in the beautiful views.
Seaview has six comfortable bedrooms spread over two floors. A combination of double, twin and bunk bedrooms provides flexible accommodation for the whole family. The family bathroom on the first floor has a large hand-crafted mosaic depicting a surfer riding a giant wave.
The sun room opens up to a spacious deck area with a glass balustrade, providing a prime spot for watching the sun set over the water. The large, sheltered garden below has a terraced lawn and distinctive key-shaped pathway, and from here you can enjoy the Cornish sunshine while taking in the beautiful views.
