Nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac just off the Rock Road, this home-from-home places you within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants, sailing club and sandy stretches of Rock and Porthilly beaches.

Step inside and be greeted by a pop of marine blue as you tiptoe down the hallway to the spacious, open-plan living and kitchen area. Warm wooden floors compliment soft grey cabinetry, beautifully offset by crisp white walls. Large doors lead out to the sunny patio and enclosed garden, while a contemporary wooden breakfast table takes centre stage, offering the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee as the day unfolds.

The large lounge invites you to sink into plush seating and unwind in front of the Smart TV. With its soft lines, neutral tones and ocean-blue accents, the room exudes effortless relaxation. Gather here after a day’s adventures and share tales of the day gone by.

On sunny days, step outside and enjoy lazy lunches in the sheltered garden with a cold tipple in hand. Surrounded by textures of green foliage and the scent of apple blossom, here, little ones can play safely in the enclosed garden. For days when sandcastle building and coastal rambling beckons, a convenient garage provides useful storage for bikes, boards and other holiday essentials with an outdoor shower for washing off sandy toes.

As eyelids grow heavy, retreat to one of Oleaster’s four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a king‑size bed, offering plenty of room to unpack holiday essentials and settle in. A further king‑size bedroom, a double, and a charming twin complete the sleeping arrangements. While two light and bright bathrooms provide the perfect place to refresh after a day spent enjoying sand and sea.

Our second stay at Oleaster. This year it is even better after the winter extension. We feel very at home here as the owners have thought of everything to make the holiday comfortable for their guests. We look forward to our third visit!

We've had a wonderful week at this beautifully presented bungalow in a very quiet location. It's been so relaxing and the weather has been amazing for April. We can't wait to return for a second visit next year.

I just wanted to say that this is a wonderful bungalow, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable for a relaxing holiday.
