Penroy is a large property with fantastic social spaces. A large, open-plan area on the ground floor includes a kitchen, dining area and lounge, with wooden floors throughout.

The kitchen has modern grey units and crisp white worktops, with a large farmhouse dining table facing the window. From here, you can enjoy a relaxing meal with spectacular sea views.

The lounge has a vast sofa, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day on the beach. Dual aspect windows allow plenty of natural daylight to flood in, and the views from here – stretching from Polzeath to Stepper Point – are second to none. On a sunny day you can enjoy an idyllic outlook of sea, sand and lush countryside. When it's stormy, you can listen to the waves crashing against the cliffs while logs crackle on the fire.

Penroy is a large property with six bedrooms over two floors. The bedrooms are softly carpeted and the majority benefit from breathtaking sea views. The combination of double, twin and bunk rooms with a cot room provides flexibility for the whole family.

Penroy has great outdoor spaces. A curved sun terrace spans the front of the house and from here you can light the barbecue, soak up the sun and take in the views. A large lawn sweeps down from the terrace and is enclosed by a pretty Cornish stone wall. This provides a safe place for dogs and little ones to run around in.

e love Penroy and we will try and book again next year. It has wonderful sea views and is a dog friendly house close to dog friendly beaches.

Stunning views and location to surfing beach and Daymer, by foot didnt have to use the car.
