Rosemar is a striking three-storey home where stone, glass and timber come together in a clean, contemporary design. Thoughtful architectural details, from wooden archways to porthole windows, give the house its distinctive character, while its enviable position places both the beach and the South West Coast Path just a two-minute stroll away. Whether you’re here for surfing, paddleboarding, coastal walks or a round of golf, everything is within easy reach.

Inside, calm coastal tones and carefully chosen natural materials create a relaxed feel throughout. Timber and stone flooring, textured rugs and glass balustrades complement the home’s modern design, while underfloor heating and an open fire make it equally inviting whatever the season. After a morning in the sea, the heated outdoor shower and generous wet room make returning home refreshingly easy.

Occupying the top floor, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living space is designed for spending time together beneath vaulted ceilings. A well-equipped kitchen sits alongside a generous dining table, while deep sofas and a window seat provide a comfortable place to settle with a coffee or watch the changing light. The bedrooms are arranged across the ground and lower ground floors, alongside the spacious wet room and utility.

Outside, the wraparound balcony provides plenty of space for dining or simply enjoying the fresh sea air, with glimpses of the water between the rooftops. To the rear, an enclosed courtyard combines timber decking with natural stone paving, raised planting, a built-in barbecue, sun loungers and the heated outdoor shower. Sheltered and sunny for much of the day, it’s the perfect place to return to after exploring the coastline.

We absolutely loved our stay. A perfect base for the may bank holiday. Evenings spent having dinner outside and then sat in front of the fire playing cards. Perfect distance to the beach etc. Was a brilliant spot for three families to catch up and relax. Highly recommend and will be back!

A first class house superbly furnished and well equipped. Tastefully kitted out with plenty of accommodation space on three floors. Located just one road back and five minutes walk from cliff access to Polzeath beach and village amenities.
