This inspired retreat provides three floors of contemporary coastal living. Appleby is a brand new build providing a stylish holiday backdrop for you and your party.

The generous social spaces include a chic kitchen and dining area leading to a large balcony. Here you can while away evenings with good company and a cold local beverage in hand. As the sun goes down, dine in style around the statement white table and under the feature lights which drop down elegantly from above.

The breakfast bar in the kitchen provides the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing morning coffee before heading out to explore the coast. The modern kitchen has everything you need and more for holiday cooking. You can even pop across to the local store to pick up some delicious local produce.

Relax and unwind in the statement living room under the double height ceiling. Take in the views over the picturesque Cornish countryside from the full height glass wall. Spend days on the beach and evenings feeling cosy on the soft sweeping sofa in front of a crackling fire.

With five stylish and light bedrooms there will be sweet dreams all round. Open up the door to the sunken sun terrace from one of the beautiful twin rooms and let the soft sea breeze flow in.

Choose the delightful master bedroom and you will have the mezzanine all to yourself. Soft white drapes provide privacy from the living area below and daylight floods in through the large porthole window. Keep it open overnight if you want to see the stars.

A soft lawn stretches out from the sunken sun terrace at Appleby. Here you can enjoy lazy afternoons soaking up the Cornish sunshine on the rattan sofa or start a family boules tournament on the grass.
