The elevated position allows you to watch gulls soar above Pentire Point in one direction, and the rise and fall of the estuary below Brea Hill in the other. As you arrive, you will be greeted with a contemporary fusion of crisp white walls and stone, peppered with French Grey accents. Fragrant rosemary and sea grasses frame the slate path that sweeps up the to entrance to your luxurious, self-catering abode.

Here, you are perfectly positioned to explore one of the country's most breathtaking stretches of coastline. The hidden gem of Greenaway Beach is just a five-minute stroll away. Polzeath and Daymer Bay are also within easy reach along the South West Coast Path. On rainy days, spend hours hunkered down in the cosy games room, where a vast TV and a pool table provides entertainment for all the family. Hop across to St Moritz Hotel for a heavenly massage at the Cowshed Spa or a cocktail or two at the bar.

  • Bedroom two has twin beds (can be zipped together to make a super-king), built-in wardrobe, dressing table and door to family bathroom.
  • Bedroom three has twin beds (can be zipped together to make a super-king), built-in wardrobe and chair.
  • Bedroom four has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, TV, chair, Juliet balcony with sea views and en-suite with rainfall shower with attachment, hand basin and WC.
  • Bedroom five (lower ground floor) has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room with rainfall shower and attachment, hand basin and WC.

Accessibility


There is parking on hard standing (on a steep slope) directly outside the property. The third parking space at the top of the drive involves blocking in the cars in the other two parking spaces. There are steps up to the main entrance. On the lower ground floor there is one step down from the hallway into the utility room. There is a door lip on the doors between the TV/games room and the patio. There are steps at the side of the property up to the back garden and then down to the pool area.
