Here, you are perfectly positioned to explore one of the country's most breathtaking stretches of coastline. The hidden gem of Greenaway Beach is just a five-minute stroll away. Polzeath and Daymer Bay are also within easy reach along the South West Coast Path. On rainy days, spend hours hunkered down in the cosy games room, where a vast TV and a pool table provides entertainment for all the family. Hop across to St Moritz Hotel for a heavenly massage at the Cowshed Spa or a cocktail or two at the bar.

Inside, sprawling living spaces sit beneath high vaulted ceilings. A long dining table surrounded by triple aspect, floor to ceiling glass, provides an elegant space for holiday suppers. Fold back the doors to the front garden and back terrace and enjoy the very best of al fresco living. After a stomp to the top of Brea Hill, the sumptuous sofas beckon and a crackling log burner provides a toasty refuge to warm toes. The upper patio and a stretch of soft green grass is securely fenced for little ones and canines to play safely.

The house is in a wonderful location, with an excellent pool definitely worth a visit, we all enjoyed the pool especially the grand children.

We have been four times before and we really like it. The living space and pool create a perfect holiday ambience in all weathers.
