Pen-y-Bryn

50° 34' 4.768"N -4° 54' 59.051"W

Pen-y-Bryn is nestled in the quiet village of Trebetherick, between Polzeath and Daymer Bay. Located next door to one another, these properties can be rented together to sleep up to 12 guests.

Please note: Pen-y-Bryn has the capacity to sleep 13 guests if required, however we would advise that the living spaces are better suited to smaller parties of 12 guests. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests, any more would be a bit of a squeeze.

Description

Occupying a unique location, Pen-y-Bryn provides the ideal location for a holiday, placing you just minutes from the beaches at Daymer Bay, Polzeath and Rock.

Hiring the property is a great option for a family or a group to spend their holiday together, while allowing for separate living space. The property was previously divided into two properties and, while now combined, continues to offer guests with excellent flexibility.

Upper part of Pen-y-Bryn

The spacious kitchen is light and bright, with everything you need to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals, including a long dining table. Double doors open out from the kitchen to the outside space. The large lounge has vast, comfy seating, ideal for cosy evenings in. Daylight floods through the dual aspect windows and French doors lead to the patio and enclosed garden.

There are three beautifully decorated bedrooms. On the ground floor you'll find two bedrooms. One has calming green walls, white wood beams, wooden floors and a large curved feature window. The other is partly carpeted, with fresh white walls. On the first floor is a large bedroom with four single beds, wooden floors, high angled wooden ceilings and an en-suite shower room.

The enclosed patio is accessed from the lounge and provides a sheltered spot for al fresco dining. Take full advantage of your setting by picking up some local produce, lighting the barbecue and enjoy the view over the Cornish countryside.

Lower part of Pen-y-Bryn

The lower part of Pen-y-Bryn has a spectacular outlook over farmland and the green fairways of the golf course at The Point. This coastal resort not only offers golf but also tennis, swimming, a gym and beautiful views from the restaurant's balcony, meaning plenty of activities are close at hand, whatever the weather.

There is a second spacious lounge, where daylight floods in through the full-length glass doors. An attractive electric fireplace takes centre stage and creates a cosy space for evenings in, or an alternative space for quiet relaxation and reading. The lounge opens up to a large conservatory with slate floors and comfy seating. From here you can enjoy panoramic views of the countryside while relaxing after a day at the beach.

There are three further bedrooms, all located on the first floor. A spacious master bedroom with en-suite is decorated in a soft green with a wooden panelled ceiling. All bedrooms have beautiful views across the countryside.

The enclosed garden of the lower part of Pen-y-Bryn offers a sheltered area for sunbathing or al fresco dining: just sit back and enjoy the view.
