At Ambrose you're only moments from some of the most spectacular coastal walks in Cornwall, as well as a selection of golden sandy beaches. This contemporary property means you can holiday in pure comfort within beautiful surroundings.

Ambrose is a striking building with a beautiful fusion of crisp white walls and wood cladding forming clean, modern lines. Finished to a high standard, the house has a particularly sociable and child-friendly layout. On the ground floor is a spacious open-plan area with a high-specification kitchen, bar seating, dining area and lounge.

A large wooden dining table overlooks the garden and bi-fold doors open up to the patio. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating to sink into after a day at the beach. From here you can enjoy garden views through the generous window, with plenty of natural daylight flowing through.

Ambrose has four stunning bedrooms. Each is light and airy and beautifully decorated with subtle coastal references. The bedrooms are spacious with soft carpets and carefully chosen furniture. From the upstairs bedrooms you can enjoy sea views towards Pentire Head.

The house has impeccable eco-credentials with ground heat source pumps supplemented by solar thermal panels and a heat recovery system.

To the front of Ambrose is a beautifully paved driveway and sweeping flower bed, and to the back is a sheltered patio and lawn enclosed by a wooden fence and bright hedging. Here your little ones can run around and play safely, while you enjoy an evening barbecue with the sound of the sea on the breeze.

We loved our stay in Ambrose. The house was really well equipped for five of us, with plenty of space and comfy sofas. The beds were comfy and showers good! We stayed in February and the weather wasnt the best but the house was snug and warm. Being so close to the beach and coast paths was such a bonus and the sea views from upstairs were great.

The location was amazing literally 5 minutes walk to beach and Polzeath. Also well equipped with outside and downstairs showers to easily change out of and into wetsuit etc. Brilliant - Latitude 50 are very personable and efficient!!
