This contemporary and stylish holiday home is a luxurious base for your seaside holiday. Enjoy peace and quiet away from the crowds while still being within easy reach of sand, surf and scenic footpaths.

Clifden is a modern building with a beautiful combination of crisp white walls and wooden cladding. Both the interior and exterior have been designed to be sociable and child friendly. The interior is light and spacious and lovely coastal touches can be found throughout the spaces.

A large open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge can be found on the ground floor. The high specification kitchen is modern with everything you could need for home-from-home cooking. You can also sit at the bar area and enjoy a morning newspaper and coffee.

Opposite the kitchen is a long wooden dining table, perfect for relaxed meals with a view across the garden. From here you can open up the glass doors to the garden and enjoy a lazy breakfast on the patio. The lounge has beautiful cream sofas, where you can relax and unwind after a day in the surf.

Upstairs are four stylish and spacious bedrooms. Each is softly carpeted with bright white walls and nautical touches that tie the rooms nicely together. Carefully chosen wooden furniture and plush soft furnishings create a calming ambience.

Clifden has been built with the environment in mind, with ground heat source pumps supplemented by solar thermal panels and a heat recovery system. Under floor heating keeps the spaces lovely and warm underfoot.

To the back of the house is a large patio with comfortable rattan furniture. The patio leads to the lawn, with both sheltered by the surrounding wooden fences and hedges. This creates the ideal spot for sunbathing or for little ones to run around safely. When you arrive home from a day at the beach, light the barbecue and enjoy al fresco dining with the sound of the sea as your backdrop.

We loved Clifden. Its a beautiful, spacious house with a lovely outside space. Such a lovely place to relax. This is our fourth Latitude50 holiday and it wont be the last, you guys are always incredibly helpful and efficient.

Really well equipped and lovely rooms. An easy walk to the beach and we also loved the outdoor shower for wetsuits.
