A brand-new kitchen is finished with sleek grey cabinets, white worktops, and splashes of black. Prepare holiday feasts and gather around the statement dining table, sharing tales of the year gone by. Open the doors to the balcony and enjoy the sea-salted breeze. Here you can enjoy views across the sand and out to sea. As night falls, tired feet will be drawn to the sumptuous green sofas in the adjacent living room.
After a day on the sand and in the surf, tumble into the crisp white sheets of one of two blissful bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a spa like en-suite and a roof window if you want to fall asleep under the stars (for long holiday lie ins simply close the electric blind). A second bedroom sits alongside the family bathroom. Here you can sink into the bubbles and enjoy a deep soak to relax muscles after an exhilarating surf session.
There aren't many properties in Polzeath (if any) that have their very own roof garden. Here you can enjoy al fresco living at its very best with a spectacular vantage point above Polzeath. In summer recline on the colourful bean bags and get your dose of Cornish sunshine. With an undercover kitchen you can prepare barbecues (and cocktails) with ease. Out of season gather around the outdoor log burner and enjoy steaming mugs of hot chocolate and spot shooting stars.
Driftwood can be let in conjunction with Hideaway (three-bedrooms) and Seaview Penthouse (three-bedrooms located on the same floor, and Waverley (two-bedrooms), located on the first floor.

Accessibility
There is parking on hard standing close to the main entrance. To access Driftwood, you can either use the communal lift that services all four apartments in the building or go up two flights of stairs. Inside, all the rooms are on one floor with no internal steps. To access the roof garden and surf store there are two flights of nine steps with a small landing halfway up. There are no steps once on the roof garden.
