This beautiful house is nestled on the edge of National Trust land in the tranquil area of New Polzeath. Endymion provides a great base from which to explore the area and is minutes from Baby Bay, Polzeath and a network of stunning coastal paths.

The contemporary property has a striking exterior with a fusion of white walls, stone and brick. Endymion has impeccable eco credentials with solar panels and an air source heat pump. Through the inviting blue front door you will find a reverse level layout. Downstairs are two light and airy double bedrooms with en-suites.

On the first floor is a beautiful open-plan living space with a lounge, dining area and kitchen. Wooden floors flow throughout, and carefully chosen accessories bring a hint of the coast inside. The modern, well-equipped kitchen area has high vaulted ceilings, skylights and a large window, allowing daylight to flood through.

In the lounge you'll find plush, comfortable sofas and a large TV, perfect for cosy evenings and relaxation after a day at the beach. You can enjoy views towards Tristram and the ocean from the white Eames-style chairs that sit around the wooden farmhouse dining table.

The lounge leads onto a balcony with a wooden floor and table and chairs. Here you can soak up the sun, breathe in the sea air and enjoy the views towards the ocean. The house is surrounded by stone paving and has an enclosed seating area to the rear with a heated outdoor shower and hanging rail; perfect for returning from the beach. To the front there is a bench for sitting and watching the world go by, while the right hand side of the property backs onto green fields and farmland as far as the eye can see.

The house is fabulous - particularly if you have teenagers (two living spaces and their own bathrooms!) and if you are outdoorsywe used the outdoor shower everyday and having the coastal path so close made morning dog walks very convenient! So good we booked to come back the night we arrived!!
