Newly constructed, Gwel Trelsa has been built to maximise the blissful views across Polzeath Beach and out to sea. Here everything Polzeath has to offer is just a hop, skip and a jump away. Friends, families and surfers alike will relish the opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere and surf culture of Polzeath.
Enter into the gated parking area where a surf-inspired mural adorns the wall. Here you will find secure board storage and an outdoor heated shower. On the ground floor of Gwel Trelsa you will find a spacious entrance hall, utility room for holiday washing and a stylish ground floor bedroom with en-suite shower room.
On the first floor, choose from four contemporary bedrooms, all with spa-like en-suites. The master bedroom opens out to its very own private balcony and here you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view across the beach. All the beds at Gwel Trelsa are zip and link, providing flexible accommodation for your party.
The second floor boasts the most stylish of split-level social spaces, perfectly designed for every occasion and time of day. Here you will find a contemporary kitchen, plush lounge with log burner, large statement dining table and your very own cocktail bar with mood lighting system. With balconies to the front and back you can get your daily dose of fresh sea air.
Head up the stairs to the top floor and discover a luxurious TV room with an outdoor kitchen located on a generous balcony. Here you can fire up the electric griddle-plated barbecue and throw on some local delicacies. To the other side, a glass walkway leads to an expanse of glass, perfectly angled for you to take in the uninterrupted view across the beach. A cushion-filled sky hammock provides the most heavenly front row seat to dreamy Polzeath sunsets, night after night.

Accessibility
There is parking directly outside the entrance on hard standing. Enter the property on the ground floor. There is one en-suite bedroom on the ground floor. The remaining bedrooms are located up the stairs on the first floor with living spaces on the second and third floors.
