Arriving at this Cornish cottage along the private drive, two acres of grounds sprawl out to either side and these will become your holiday playground. Inside, this spellbinding cottage is bursting with original features and lashings of modern-day luxuries.
Set under rustic wooden beams, the living room is a peaceful haven where the original inglenook fireplace (complete with cloam oven and slate hearth) takes centre stage. A dining table at the far end of the room provides the perfect setting to enjoy a feast, filled with fresh produce and local tipples.
Pad barefoot across the warm Delabole slates in the sunny kitchen. A solid granite worktop provides the setting for holiday meal preparation. Morning coffees can be enjoyed from the cosy window seats or the stylish breakfast bar. This spacious kitchen has all the mod cons to make you feel right at home.
A softly carpeted, oak staircase leads sleepy souls up to rest in one of two blissful bedrooms. You will be hard pressed to find a quieter setting for an uninterrupted night's sleep. The family bathroom is set between the two bedrooms and boasts a freestanding bathtub and shower.
Outside, an enclosed patio and lawn provide the perfect place for little ones to safely play. With its elevated position, you will be able to take in the countryside views in all directions. With a daily dose of Cornish coast and countryside, Little Mesmear is sure to be a tonic for the soul.

- Bedroom two has twin beds (zip and link to make a king. Single beds are 2.6' x 6.6’), wardrobe, chest of drawers, garden and countryside views.

- Well-equipped kitchen with island, breakfast bar, window seats, TV, electric hob, oven, grill, microwave/smart oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and two coffee machines; a Neff built-in coffee machine (takes non-waxed espresso beans) and Nespresso coffee machine (takes Nespresso pods).

Accessibility
There is parking alongside Little Mesmear on stone chippings. There is a small door lip across the front door. There are no steps throughout the ground floor. The bedrooms and family bathroom are located on the first floor.
