The property has great access to the beach whilst in a quiet spot and it was lovely and clean when we arrived.

Excellent property in a good location with great balcony. Clean, upmarket but still accommodating surfers with an outdoor shower. We loved this property and intend to book it again, a great introduction to Polzeath.
