This visually striking coastal pad has minimal interiors of sleek white and soft greys with accents of mossy green and punchy mustard. Sprawling social spaces both inside and out provide plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and make themselves at home. Daylight floods through the floor to ceiling glass doors which you can throw open for al fresco living. A small, enclosed lawn provides a safe space for canines when they aren't out with you exploring the coast. The open plan kitchen and dining area provides the ultimate space for entertaining. Here a private chef can whip up some local delicacies whilst you can sit back, relax with a cold tipple in hand and take in the views out to Pentire Point and beyond. With a plethora of balconies to choose from, you won't miss a minute of Cornish sunshine. Downstairs, the plush living room complete with a statement electric fireplace offers the perfect spot to put your feet up after a day of coastal adventures.

Rosevarlock is a property of the highest standard, which has been equipped and furnished to a level not usually encountered in a holiday home. I would imagine the Owners spend time there themselves, it has a very personal feel to it in the dcor, furnishings, artwork and the spectacular Cinema Room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I just wanted to drop a line to say how much we all enjoyed our week at Rosevarlock. It is such a beautiful house in the best location. Every need has been catered for with space for everyone to make the most of their holiday.

We really appreciate the attention to detail, the quality finish, no expense spared on the interior (Loaf, JosephJoseph, B&O, John Lewis - feels like home from home) and plenty of everything too in the kitchen so cooking is a pleasure. It really is the perfect place to work and rest and have precious family time together.

We love the views over the bay, nice dcor and standard of appliances. Rosevarlock is spacious, well-equipped, well presented and in an excellent location.
