Description

Take a seat at the chic white breakfast bar and enjoy a leisurely breakfast with some local treats picked up from the delis and farm shops nearby. The spacious kitchen has everything you need for holiday dining. Open the vast kitchen doors which create a free-flowing indoor-outdoor living space.
Soak up the sunshine in the sheltered garden bordered by beds spilling with coastal grasses and colourful blooms. Dine al fresco together around the chunky statement table where the large parasol provides welcome shade on summer days. The large lawn and wooden climbing frame are sure to delight children whilst adults will relish an end of the day soak in the hot tub.
After a day exploring the undulating coastal paths, the stylish lounge complete with crackling log burner provides a welcoming refuge for evenings in. Children and teenagers will disappear into the cosy TV room where Sky, Sonos and the Xbox are sure to keep them entertained.
After a day's dose of sea air, tumble into the crisp white sheets of one of four the blissful bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a plush super-king bed and balcony with views across the Cornish countryside. Here you can sit with a cold drink in hand as dusk falls and share tales of the day gone by. A further double bedroom downstairs opens to the garden whilst children with love the bunkroom.

- Bedroom four has two sets of bunk beds with under bunk storage.

Accessibility
A large gravel parking area is located right alongside the front door to Tregarthen. A ramp leads up to the door. All social spaces as well as bedrooms three and four and the family bathroom are located on the ground floor. The patio can be accessed via the large sliding doors in the kitchen or via bedroom three. There are two steps up to the lawn.
