Please note: 2 Slipway has the capacity to sleep eight guests, however the living spaces are better suited to smaller parties of six guests. The dining table can accommodate eight guests and the comfy seating can accommodate seven.

The ground floor layout remains true to the original design of the Slipway properties and as such, entry at the rear of the property is via a utilitarian garage/utility space.

Description


2 Slipway spans three floors which all take advantage of the wonderful views of the estuary, Porthilly beach and across towards Padstow. The stylish coastal interior is nautically themed with soft blues and whites reflecting its surroundings, alongside splashes of red.

The open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area can be found on the first floor. This social area is light and bright and double doors from the lounge open up to a Juliet balcony with views across the water. A triple bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed makes a great room for children.

On the second floor lies the master bedroom with large folding glass doors that open out to the balcony. Sit out and enjoy lazy breakfasts here while the sand and water forms your holiday backdrop. Also on the top floor are a lovely twin bedroom and a bathroom.

2 Slipway is a great beachside property for families and those with dogs. Here you're close to three of the area's best dog-friendly beaches: Porthilly Cove, Rock Beach and Daymer Bay. It's also a great base if you're staying in the area for sailing events like Shrimper Week and Camel Week. The world famous St Enodoc Golf Course is just a five minute walk away, so golfers will be in their element.

  • Bedroom four is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a TV and chest of drawers.

Accessibility


2 The Slipway is spread across three levels. Parking is on the ground level with entry through the utility room, also at ground level is one of the double bedrooms and a shower room with WC. A flight of stairs lead to the first floor with the social spaces and the bunk bedroom, all remaining bedrooms and the family bathroom are on the second floor.
