Tranquillity and convenience are wrapped up in a pretty package at this newly renovated coastal pad in the heart of Rock.

Tucked away in a peaceful position just off the main road running through Rock, 25 The Beaches is the perfect base to explore everything the area has to offer.

At 25 The Beaches you can soak up the vibrant atmosphere of Rock by day with a tranquil base to come home to. With everything within walking distance, you can get your fill of fresh sea air and beautiful Cornish countryside.

Family beach days can be spent on the golden sands at Rock or in the surf at the nearby Polzeath beach. Golf enthusiasts will be delighted with the renowned St Enodoc Golf Course an easy stroll away, offering two challenging 18-hole courses. Those who enjoy walking will be in their element with a network of footpaths close by and easy access to the most scenic stretches of the South West Coast Path.

With the famous Malcom Barnecutt Bakery just around the corner, you can enjoy freshly baked bread and pastries for breakfast and the best Cornish pasties for lunch. If you don't feel like cooking, Rock's fantastic fish and chip shop is nearby and well worth a visit.

For evenings out you will be spoilt for choice of where to try first. The Dining Room is close by offering fine dining or Nathan Outlaw’s The Mariners is just down the hill. You can hop on the ferry from Rock beach across to Padstow for a leisurely lunch at Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant or a dinner to remember at Paul Ainsworth's No 6.

Walk to the beach

From 25 The Beaches you can either head back out to the Rock Road which will take you straight down to the beach in around fifteen minutes or take the scenic route via Porthilly Cove. To join the public footpath, take a left out of Trelyn and a right onto Little Trelyn to the end of the lane. The footpath winds down through green fields and out to Porthilly Cove that leads along to Rock beach at low tide.
