- Bedroom three has a king bed, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and balcony shared with bedroom four.
- Bedroom four has a super-king zip and link bed, chest of drawers, clothes hanging area and balcony shared with bedroom three.

- Well equipped kitchen with Lecanche range with electric oven, gas oven, gas hob, warming plate and warming drawer, microwave, fridge-freezer, undercounter fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Nespresso Sage coffee machine (please bring capsules).

- TV room with double-sided log burner (starter pack of logs provided), Smart TV, DVD player, CD player and radio.

Accessibility
Parking is directly outside the property on gravel or in the car port which is on hard standing. Enter through a wide front door to the living spaces. All four bedrooms and the family bathroom are located on the first floor. A wide door leads from the dining room to the paved terrace. Three steps lead down to the lawn or alternatively, it can be accessed from round the side of the property.
The perimeter of the pond is unfenced and the ground at its edges may be a little rough and uneven so care should be taken when in the vicinity of the pond and children should be fully supervised at all times.
