Description

Kernow House is tucked away on the fringes of the picture-perfect hamlet of Tredrizzick. Here you can access the top of the Rock Road and are within easy reach of the soft sands of Rock Beach and the wild surf of Polzeath Beach. Encased in lush green fields where lambs can be found frolicking in the spring, city life will soon be behind you here.

With sprawling social spaces, your whole party can spread out and will be easily entertained on rainy days. Holiday meal preparation will be a delight in the spacious farmhouse kitchen, complete with slate flagstones, granite worktops, Belfast sink and toasty range. An eighteenth-century pantry provides the most fabulous store for your holiday treats and local produce.

A statement dining table sits adjacent to the kitchen, providing the ultimate setting for entertaining with views out to the garden. A seventeenth-century flour mill sits alongside, creating a fabulous talking point. On sunny days, open up the doors to the sun deck and enjoy the best of inside-outside living.

With two living rooms to choose from, you are sure not to get under each other’s feet! The first comes complete with a delightfully large log burner, its very own bar and table tennis table. The second provides a more intimate setting with a French influence, complete with chic black furniture and green velvet sofas.

Discover five blissful bedrooms boasting ornamental fireplaces and sumptuous linens. A palette of mossy green, earthy beige and milky white will instantly make you feel relaxed. The spacious master bedroom has an en-suite with a delightfully chunky freestanding bathtub. Here, you can sink into the bubbles and stare out across the rolling green fields below.

Not to be outdone, the outdoor spaces are as vast and beautiful as those on the inside. Open up the large bifold doors and enjoy al fresco suppers below the kiwi vines that entwine the pergola above. Little ones will love playing amongst the apple trees on the soft lawn. Adults can recline in the hot tub and finish off the day's adventures with a glass of red by the embers of the firepit.
