This spacious detached house has a modern design and a lovely enclosed garden. The beautiful social spaces create a relaxing holiday ambience.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area are light and airy with wooden floors and fresh white walls. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for holiday cooking, or you can sit on the benches around the stylish wooden dining table and enjoy some delicious pastries from the local bakery to set you up for a day on the beach.

The kitchen leads to a stunning and contemporary lounge with a log burner and slate hearth. Above this is a large, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, meaning you can sink into the soft comfy sofas at the end of the day and enjoy a movie marathon.

Slipper Rock contains some beautiful antique pieces of furniture, which creates a lovely fusion of old and new. An antique grandfather clock sits proudly in the hallway and artwork above the sideboard shows the various mariners' knots.

Slipper Rock has five simple and stylish bedrooms. On the first floor is bedroom four and five. A further three bedrooms are found on the ground floor, creating a flexible combination of double, twin and bunk beds.

To the back of Slipper Rock is a sheltered patio and lawn, which are enclosed so your little ones can play safely. Hedges and a wooden fence create a private space for soaking up the sunshine in peace. After a day exploring Cornwall, you can come home and enjoy an evening drink on the patio while local produce sizzles on the barbecue.

Slipper Rock has a fresh open plan feel. Little touches of hand wash, toilet cleaner and washing up liquid very helpful. Laundry area was very useful. A lovely sized house and patio/garden.

The layout of the house was great for us with lots of space. The kitchen well stocked and easy to use - and we loved the wood burner fire.
