Luke, General Manager
Luke is part of the senior management team, ensuring every aspect of customer service and property management is running smoothly and efficiently. Customer service and relationship management come easily to Luke as a result of his extensive experience as an account manager for global clients such as Coca-Cola, The National Trust and HomeAway (now Vrbo). Having grown up just down the road in Wadebridge, there isn’t much Luke doesn’t know about the local area.
Along with the property managers, property management administrator, the property maintenance technician and a network of trusted service providers, Luke ensures that Latitude50 properties are shipshape, so guests and owners have the best possible experience.
Property management

Amber, Head of Property Management
Hailing from Guernsey, Amber brings over ten years' experience in hospitality to her role as Head of Property Management at Latitude50. Leading the property management team, she plays a pivotal role in shaping how properties are cared for across the portfolio, working closely with owners and colleagues to uphold the highest standards.
Now settled in North Cornwall, Amber spends her time outside of work exploring the coast with her black Labradors and teaching karate at her local club in Wadebridge.
Kate, Senior Property Manager (maternity leave)
Locally born and raised, Kate is a fountain of area-specific knowledge. Her previous experience working for Camel Ski School means Kate is able to create memorable and positive experiences for visitors.
Having worked as a housekeeper for several high-end, local properties, Kate brings an invaluable perspective to the team, helping to ensure all the little details are taken care of. With a plethora of financial qualifications, Kate has a flair for numbers, and this understanding helps with the efficient management of each property’s accounts.

Andy, Senior Property Manager
With an extensive background in customer service and over 20 years in retail, Senior Property Manager Andy keeps everything tip-top for our guests and property owners.
A local to North Cornwall, Andy has a wealth of area knowledge to share. Having spent his childhood on the sands of Polzeath Beach, Andy now enjoys exploring the coast with his own children. He can also be found accidentally running marathons or leading a group of local Scouts.
Kaia, Senior Property Manager (maternity cover)
With experience in residential lettings, Kaia brings a calm and organised approach to property management, ensuring each home is cared for to the highest standard. She thrives on building strong relationships with owners and works hard to make the experience seamless and stress-free for everyone involved.
Born in Saudi Arabia and raised in the Philippines before moving to Cornwall at the age of seven, Kaia has fully embraced the coastal lifestyle. In her free time, you'll find her walking her dogs, Kobe the cocker spaniel and Willow the cockapoo, or perfecting her swing on the golf course.

Mark, Property Manager
Property Manager Mark brings 12 years of hospitality experience to his role at Latitude50, including four years as general manager of multiple cafés and restaurants in Bristol.
Having grown up just down the road in Wadebridge, Mark has a wealth of local knowledge. When he's not keeping our portfolio of properties shipshape, Mark can be found taking road trips around Cornwall with his fiancé and his dog Fang, searching for hidden gems off the beaten track.

Louise, Property Manager (maternity leave)
Louise has a gift for making properties feel like home. With a background rooted in her family’s property business in Spain, she brings years of experience and a true passion for detail to everything she does. Her time spent in retail and customer service has made her an expert at anticipating the needs of guests, ensuring that every stay is smooth, stress-free, and memorable.
Since making Cornwall her home in 2017, Louise has fully embraced the local lifestyle. Whether she's exploring the beaches and woodlands with her fiancé and daughter or enjoying a run along the coast, she’s always soaking in the beauty of the region.

Georgia, Property Manager
Georgia’s experience in luxury hospitality, from superyachts to alpine chalets, has given her a sharp eye for detail and a strong instinct for what guests and owners need. She has since brought that same level of care and professionalism to Cornwall, where she enjoys building lasting relationships and ensuring every home is guest-ready down to the smallest detail.
Having lived in Cornwall seasonally for several years, Georgia has now swapped summer stints for year-round coastal life. She loves heading out for sea swims and catching sunsets from her favourite secret spots.
Matt, Property Manager (maternity cover)
Born and raised in St Ives, Matt brings a deep-rooted knowledge of Cornwall. With a background as an operations manager for both a property management company and a specialist housekeeping and laundry firm, he understands every layer of what it takes to keep holiday homes running smoothly. Known for his outside-the-box thinking and infectious energy, Matt brings empathy, focus and a keen eye for detail to every property in his care.
When he’s not keeping things shipshape, he can usually be found trackside in his much-loved modified car or adventuring along the Cornish coast with his family.
Luke, Property Manager
Luke made the Cornish coast his home in 2022, having spent childhood holidays in Rock and has explored the area endlessly with his two golden retrievers. He knows the coastline inside out and loves sharing his favourite hidden corners with guests.
With a background in psychology, Luke brings a genuine passion for people, ensuring every guest and owner has a seamless, personal experience. When he’s not working, he can be found playing football for St Minver and performing as a soloist with local choirs.
Tim, Property Maintenance Technician
Tim brings over 30 years' experience in property refurbishment and maintenance to the Latitude50 team. Happiest when getting his hands dirty, Tim has a wide range of skills including carpentry, kitchen and bathroom design and installation, painting and decorating and hot tub maintenance (to name just a few)!
You will see Tim driving around in the Latitude50 electric van, always on hand to help both guests and owners with any jobs required, no matter how big or small.
Owner relationships
Charlie, Homeowner Account Manager
Charlie is the primary contact for property owners, overseeing pricing, feedback responses and property enhancements. His background spans hospitality at Prawn on the Lawn in Padstow and years as a charter yacht skipper - experiences that shape his thoughtful approach to owner relationships.
A keen sailor with two Atlantic crossings under his belt, Charlie brings an adventurous spirit to his role combined with a genuine passion for helping properties thrive within the portfolio.
Guest reservations
Steph, Guest Reservations Manager
Originally from Cheshire, Steph has called Cornwall home for over two decades. She leads our bookings team with warmth and precision, ensuring guests feel supported from first enquiry through to arrival.
With more than 20 years in customer-facing roles, Steph has an instinctive understanding of what guests need. Outside of work, she enjoys quiet café moments or reading by the sea.
Laura, Property Advisor
Born and raised in Cornwall, part-time Property Advisor Laura is a fountain of local knowledge and enjoys sharing this with guests. Her background includes 11 years in hospitality, from booking coordination to managing front of house at a high-end holiday complex.
When not taking care of our owners and guests, Laura can be spotted on the beach with her two boys, tending her allotment or cycling the coast.
Brand and marketing
Alice, Marketing Manager
As the driving force behind Latitude50’s marketing strategy, Alice brings over a decade of luxury holiday experience, honed through managing five-star ski chalets in France. With her sophisticated understanding of the high-end market, Alice crafts campaigns that showcase our properties with both style and elegance. Her keen eye for detail, combined with her passion for North Cornwall, allows her to create marketing that not only attracts guests but also enhances the Latitude50 brand’s reputation.
Outside of work, Alice fully embraces Cornwall’s adventurous spirit, whether exploring the coast or wing foiling at Daymer Bay.
Pippa, Marketing Executive
Originally from Kent, Pippa has called North Cornwall home since the age of three, growing up with the coastline as her constant backdrop. With experience spanning superyachts and luxury retail, she brings an intuitive understanding of premium service and a thoughtful, design-led approach to her work.
As part of the marketing team, Pippa looks after PR and social media, shaping the stories we share and the way our brand is experienced. When she’s not behind the scenes creating content or nurturing brand partnerships, you’ll find her by the water or discovering Cornwall’s ever-evolving coffee scene.
Operations and finance
Marika, Business Administrator
Marika keeps the administrative side of property management running smoothly, supporting owners and guests behind the scenes with all things finance related.
After relocating to Rock from Guildford, Marika has built up extensive local knowledge. Her previous role as accommodation manager at The Point in Polzeath provided her with a wide breadth of experience across property management, sales and owner relations. When not at her desk, Marika can be found at one of the local beaches or farm parks with her young family and miniature dachshund.
