Furze House Annexe: If you're visiting as a large group, or would like some extra space, you can also let Furze House annexe in addition to the main house. The annexe is located at the top of the driveway and offers extra capacity for four people. The weekly rate for the annexe is £450.

Description
Furze House occupies a much sought-after position above Polzeath Beach. With the brown sugar sands just a hop, skip and a jump away, family coastal adventures will be a breeze. Inside, light and bright beach house interiors create an inviting holiday ambience. Take in the uninterrupted sea views from almost every room.
An expansive lawn dotted with bluebells in the spring stretches down from the house to a Cornish stone wall. Here, a wooden gate opens onto the South West coast path which winds down to the beach. Wooden steps lead down the centre of the garden, making it easy to come and go. A large sun deck wraps around the front of the house, providing the perfect spot for al fresco dining.
Upstairs, fall asleep to the sound of the waves in the spacious master bedroom complete with heavenly ensuite. Pad across the soft carpet and discover the breathtaking copper bathtub. Here, sink in amongst the bubbles and unwind after an invigorating day amongst the waves.

Accessibility
Main House: There is parking on hard standing alongside the main entrance to the house with steps leading to the front door. There is also wheelchair access via a sloping path to the entrance. Inside, bedrooms one, two, three, the family bathroom and the snug are located on the first floor. The social spaces, utility room and bedrooms four and five are positioned on the ground floor. There is access to the rear garden via the dining room, living room or downstairs TV room, with one step down to the terrace. From here, there are wooden steps that lead down, through the garden, to the bottom gate which opens out to the South West coast path.
Annexe: Access is via the first floor, where you will find the open plan living room and a WC. Downstairs, you'll find bedroom six and seven, the utility room and family bathroom.
