Beyond the main living area, a second lounge provides an informal space to unwind. Light filled and relaxed, with rattan furniture and wooden flooring underfoot, it opens directly onto the garden, perfect for younger guests or those seeking a little extra breathing space.
Step outside and the garden reveals itself as a private, sheltered sanctuary. The generous enclosed lawn offers space to roam, while the horizon stretches across Pentire Head to the Mouls. It is a place to pause and take in the stillness, where the soundtrack is distant waves and the hush of sea breeze.
As night falls, three beautifully styled bedrooms offer a place to rest. The master is elevated by its sea views and rich mustard and monochrome palette, with thoughtful details like leather handled cabinetry adding a tactile warmth. - Well-equipped kitchen, with Neff oven and grill, electric hob, full height fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso Krups coffee machine with milk throther (please bring 'Original' capsules).

Accessibility
There is parking on hard standing directly outside the property with two steps to the main entrance. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room, living area, second living area, family shower room, WC and bedroom’s one, two and three. There is a step from the open plan living-dining room into the second living area and a step down to the back garden.
