Tucked away on the northern shoreline of the Camel Estuary, between the charming coastal villages of Rock and Polzeath, you will find beautiful Daymer Bay. This beach is a popular spot for family beach days, with its long stretch of golden sand and plentiful rock pools to explore. Dog-friendly all year round, Daymer Bay is also a fantastic place to enjoy a holiday with your four-legged friend.

On calm days, its sheltered position makes Daymer Bay a popular spot for swimming. On breezy days, windsurfers and water sports enthusiasts flock to its waters. The local area is also great for walking; follow the cliff-top paths or set out along the beach to Rock or Polzeath.

Rock is where you can catch a ferry to Padstow, or make the most of its pubs and shops. Polzeath has a large beach, which is great for sunbathing and surfing. The poet, Sir John Betjeman, famously loved this area, spending his later life in a house overlooking the dunes; he is buried at nearby St Enodoc Church. Golfers will be in their element with St Enodoc Golf Course nearby.
