Rock gently unfurls along the Camel Estuary, its shoreline shaped by wide sands, tidal creeks and the steady rhythm of boats coming and going. From the curve of Rock Road to the ferry crossing opposite Padstow, days are guided by the tide - early swims in calm, sheltered waters, sails lifting from the pontoon, and unhurried walks along the beach towards Porthilly Cove, with a warm Barney’s pasty in hand.

Our collection of Rock properties includes elegant boltholes close to the water, family homes with large gardens and tennis courts, or contemporary houses designed for gathering, many with estuary views, pools or hot tubs. Spend afternoons on Rock Beach between the dunes and the estuary edge, hop across to Padstow by ferry, or follow the coast path towards Daymer Bay, before returning home as the light softens over the water.
