Your party

Your party

Get away with friends and family, with a choice of spacious holiday houses and neighbouring properties for groups.

We can accommodate large groups, with impressive manors and side-by-side houses available. Stay together or enjoy the added privacy of renting individual properties, meaning you can socialise when you want to while setting aside some valuable time for you.

Large houses

With several options sleeping 10+, choose between a traditional country home and a contemporary base.

Rockhaven Manor in Rock is a Georgian-style manor house sleeping 12, with a large lounge for socialising and a spacious garden for al fresco meals with friends and family.

If contemporary coastal is more your style, Mullets, Penroy and Radoon all sleep 12, with far-reaching views of the water. Tristram House, overlooking Polzeath Beach, can accommodate 14 people when combined with its Little Tristram annexe. For parties of ten, both Clouds Hill and Seaview are both just moments from Polzeath Beach, meaning you won’t need to worry about car journeys once you get here.

To find the right setting for your group, take a look at our full selection of large houses.

Neighbouring properties

The Cant Farm collection includes the properties Kate Cottage, The Orchard, The Farmhouse  and The Woodshed, sleeping 30 in four neighbouring houses with a shared tennis court and large gardens. In the heart of Rock, the identical houses Bluestones and Sarsen sit side-by-side with shared parking, each accommodating eight guests.

For fans of Porthilly Cove, we have three properties above the beach in close proximity to each other: Pipers End, Mullets and Donnor Ridge. Sleeping 32 when combined, this is a popular option for wedding guests attending a ceremony at St Michael's Church.

If you'd like the convenience of staying in central Rock but still desire a bit of peace and quiet, our properties Hawkers, sleeping seven, and 50 Little Trelyn, sleeping ten, are tucked away off the Rock Road.

Set between Port Isaac and Rock, the Penquite complex includes Penquite House, Penquite Cottage and Penquite Annexe, sleeping a total of 16 when booked together. The large dining table of Penquite House can seat 14 for group meals, while outside there’s a heated swimming pool for use during the peak season (May to September).

For groups of up to 13, the traditional cottage Pen-y-Bryn has two interconnecting sections (upper and lower) that can be booked as one, with an enclosed garden and generous parking. The Victorian houses No. 1 and No. 2 Pentire View sit next door to one another in Polzeath, looking out to the beach and Pentire Head. Sleeping 18 together (nine in one house and seven in the other), they’re just a two-minute walk from the beach.

Also in Polzeath, the brand new houses Compit and Stepping Stones are next door to one another, each with wonderful outdoor space and plenty of parking.

Group activities in North Cornwall

While you’re here, there are plenty of local activities suited to groups. Take your sea legs on a Sea Life Safari boat trip from Padstow, hire bikes and head out to the Camel Trail, or try something more daring like coasteering or wild swimming with Cornish Rock Tors. The FlowRider surf simulator at Retallack Resort is great fun for groups and parties, or if you prefer the real thing, try a group surf lesson. Of course, there are miles of beach and coastline to enjoy – perfect for picnics, walking and simply dozing in the sun.
