Photography

We invest in professional photography to present your property, the location and the lifestyle in the best possible light. Our skilled local photographer has previously worked for Vogue and Harper's Bazaar. We take time with our photography and include a full styling service; our gallery will give you a flavour of the results.

Video

We work with fantastic local videographers (including drone operators) and give all owners the chance to boost their online presence with a video of their property, overseen by us and promoted through our marketing channels. You can view examples of our property and location promotional videos below.

Print

While we’re ahead of the game with our digital advertising, we still appreciate the value of beautiful, high-quality literature. We produce a range of printed materials, distributed locally and further afield. If you would like a copy of our Guide for Owners, please get in touch.

Newsletters

Our popular email newsletter, News from The Rock Road, is distributed fortnightly to an extensive database of loyal guests. Our email campaigns receive over double the industry average when it comes to open and click-through rates (Mail Chimp 2018). Our property owners also receive a dedicated newsletter on a quarterly basis.

Social networking

We're active on a wide range of social media platforms and work with industry experts to ensure we maximise our investment in advertising on these platforms (take a look at our Facebook and Instagram pages). Our digital marketing resulted in a silver award for Excellence in Digital Marketing at the Cornwall Business Awards.

PR and advertising

We invest heavily in advertising and PR, both locally and nationally and work with a London-based PR company specialising in luxury and travel brands. This includes running editorials, adverts and competitions in publications such as The Sunday Times Travel Magazine, The Evening Standard, Manor, Cornwall Today and Coast to direct traffic to our website. Take a look at the In the Press section for examples of coverage we have achieved.
